Best Trunk Mounted Bike Rack for a 2014 Chevy Equinox

I have a Chevy 2014 Equinox and need to get a bike rack for the back of my car. I DO NOT have a hitch. I am short and cannot reach the roof so I would need a rear mounting bike rack. What do you recommend? I also have a womans bike. Do I need something separate to mount this type of bike?

For a trunk mounted bike rack for your 2014 Chevy Equinox the Thule Passage bike rack part # TH910XT that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit. But if you are asking for my personal recommendation I would go with the Thule Raceway # TH45JV.
What makes this rack far superior to the others is the attachment system. It uses rubber coated straps to attach to the vehicle rather than 6 nylon straps like other racks. This makes installation quick and easy and the cables also last longer.
There is a One-Key system that allows you to lock the rack and the bikes to deter bike theft.
Since you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Swagman Easy-Out Women's and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter # 64005 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
