ST175/80D13 Spare Tire Recommendation for a Trailer
Question:
Can I interchange my 145/80R-13 75Tinch four lug wheel with a 175/80-13inch four lug wheel as my spare? Or will I need to get 2 175/80-13inch four lug wheel for both? Also, what is the size difference between the 175/80-13inch compared to the 145/80R-13

The difference in size would be 2 inches between a 145/80R-13 and a 175/80-13.
Since we only have the 175/80-13 tire size the only solution I can recommend for you would be something like the part # AM3S120 as this is a ST175/80D13 bias ply tire on a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern rim.
I can only recommend that you run the same size tire/wheel on your trailer.
