Troubleshooting Stop/Blinker Not Functioning on a 2007 Ford E 250
Question:
The 4 pin was installed by the hitch people and plugged in to what I believe to be the factory 4 pin on the truck. The only thing working is the running lights tested with meter at 4 pin under truck . What should I look for to repair a make the other pins work ?

If both the stop/turn signal functions aren't working on the 4-way of your 2007 Ford E-250 the problem is most likely a towing fuse or relay under the hood of the vehicle. Check the fuse/relay boxes for towing related fuses/relays and replace as necessary.
