P3 Brake Controller Mounting Angle Recommendation for Ram 2500
Question:
I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. I see the instructions state to mount the controller vertically. I want to install it just above the drink holder. I plan to postiton it vertical level but with the display tilted up so I can see it by just looking down. Otherwords it would be centered vertically, but angled up at around 340 degrees. Hope this makes sense. Will this angle work? Dodge has no go place to mount a controller vertical at a 0 degree display facing directly toward front on drivers seat.

As long as the P3 Brake Controller part # 90195 is mounted to where it is facing the direction of travel you can angle the controller basically however you like it. Check out the picture I attached that shows how it can be mounted.
If you don't mount it properly it will not function properly either.
I attached an install video that shows the controller being installed on a very similar Ram as yours.
You will also need the install harness part # 3020-P.
