I checked with my Rhino Rack representative, who tells me that the 38 inch long Rhino Rack fairing, part # RRRF2 is what they'd recommend for your Honda Civic. The fairing is compatible with the Euro-style square, the Vortex Aero and the heavy duty crossbars, so it'll work great regardless of which style crossbar you're using.
