How to Pick Out Replacement Bearings for a Trailer  

Question:

I am looking to buy spare trailer bearing kit for my 2006 Trailex ct-7045 hscx I wanted to buy some spare without having to unmount a wheel. The drum are 10inch wide, bolt pattern has 5 bolt asymetric and running 13inch tires. brakes are electric. i hope you may know which bearing kit I need, if not Ill have to remove one. thanks for your help

The only way to get the correct bearings for your trailer will be to remove the hubs and pull out each of the bearings to get the numbers off of them.

Since you are looking for a spare set you most likely don't want to destroy a grease seal so that you can get to them so you do have another option. You can use a dial or digital caliper to get exact measurements of where the bearings ride on your spindle. With that info I can figure out which bearings you would need. Getting the grease seal dimension for the spindle would help as well.
