Is the Curt Q16 5th Wheel Hitch Compatible with a TrailAir Pin Box

The manufactureTrTrailair Tri-Glide Air Ride 5th Wheel King Pin posts a note... Please note: Curt Q-Series fifth-wheel hitches are not compatible with Sidewinder or Revolution king pins. The extra movement of these cushioned hitches keeps the Sidewinder from functioning properly. Can you use any Trailair Tri-Glide Air Ride 5th Wheel King Pin or Trailair king pin box with the Curt Q16?

The Curt Q16 Fifth Wheel Hitch, # C16520-16021, is compatible with a TrailAir pin box as well as other air ride pin boxes. It is not compatible with Sidewinder or Revolution pin boxes because the hitch has a very wide jaw design that Sidewinder has not been able to come up with a wedge that would work.
The pivoting of the Sidewinder would also damage the cushioning of the Q series Curt hitches as well.
