How to Pick Out Replacement Fan for an Older Chevy Truck

I have a 85 s10 blazer with a v8 in it andit has a belt setup off a 91 chevy truck with one belt I need to know do I need a reversible fan

If the Chevy V8 in your truck has serpentine belts the fan should spin counter clockwise which would mean it is a reverse rotation fan. If it uses V-belts instead it would spin clockwise and be standard rotation.

Since the motor came out of a 1991 truck most likely you have a fan that spins counter clockwise as your are facing it which would mean you need a reverse rotation fan like the # D17415.

You will need to measure the diameter of your fan shroud so that you get the correct sized one.
