If your 2010 Chevy Tahoe came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then you could use # C55384 which will Tee into the wiring for the vehicle trailer connector and provide a separate 4-Way.
Or if it came with a factory 7-Way another option is to use # HM40975 which has a 4 and 7-Way in it and then use an adapter, such as # PK12716, to plug into the 7-Way so you could plug in another 4-Way trailer side connector.
But for either of these to work would either have to hardwire the license plate wiring or wire it up to a trailer side 4-Way, # 18004.
Although since the license plate frame is going on the Rola carrier then splicing into its wiring would be the easiest solution.
