Does the Rear Panel of a 2015 Nissan Rogue Have to Get Removed to Install Draw Tite Hitch 75902
Question:
I dont understand why you say not to put the panels back in after installation? The right panel goes back in with no issues the left just needs a 4 x 6 inch section removed and it then fits back in, no big deal.

Draw-Tite recommends the removal of the lower panel you referenced when installing the part # 75902, but if you found a way to trim the panel and have it reinstalled that is fine as well. We can't officially recommend that since it's not what Draw Tite recommends.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
