Recommended Slide-Out Stabilizer Support for a Large 5th Wheel Slide-Out

Question:

I am curious, how does one set of slide-out supports,Jack-in-a-Box supports code JB-20, support 10,000 lbs., whereas the Ultra-Fab Slide-Out Supports code UF19-960003, only support 1,400 lbs. combined? Trying to find the which product would be better served for my 5th slide out. This is a large slide-out. Thanks.

The Ultra-Fab slide out supports # UF19-960003 will have a combined weight capacity of 1,400 pounds and an adjustable height between 26-47 inches. I like the quick-release handle for extremely easy height adjustment. You simply press the button to release the inner tube and adjust as necessary. I think these will be just fine for your large slide-out.

The Ultra-Fab slide-out supports # UF19-960001 or # UF19-960003 both have a 1400 pound weight capacity per jack. The 003 can adjust between 26-47 inches tall whereas the 001 can adjust 16-28 inches tall. These supports keep your camper in tip-top shape. Extendable struts work in tandem to keep your slide out level and to prevent sagging and damage to your RV's extension tubes.

Using leveling block such as # UF48-979052 (sold separately) is a nice investment because they provide additional lift as well as stabilization on unstable ground.
