I do have a couple of recommendations for you. Take a look at our 20,000 lbs 5th wheel hitch by Curt, part # C16130, and Reese, part # RP30928.
Both have custom installation brackets available. For the Curt hitch you will want part # C16430-204. For the Reese hitch you will want part # RP56010-53.
The Curt hitch has a vertical load limit of 4,000 lbs, and a height adjustment between 13 to 17 inches, while the Reese hitch has a vertical load limit of 5,000 lbs and a height adjustment from 14 to 18 inches.
If you need a 7-way harness in the bed of your 2014 Ram 3500, I recommend the Bargman Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 50-97-410.
