How to Remove the Coil Spring on a 2006 Kia Sedona in order to Install a Timbren Rear Suspension

For removal of the coil spring on the 2006 KIA Sedona would I remove the lower or upper bolt to remove the coil spring?

Expert Reply:
In order to install the Timbren rear suspension enhancement system # TDVR05096, the first thing you will need to do is lower the rear control arm.
In order to lower the rear control arm to remove the coil spring, remove the inner control arm bolt by loosening the outer bolt and allow a jack to slowly lower the control arm to release tension on the spring. See the diagram I included.
Another way to lower the control arm is to remove the wheel, and the outer control arm bolt from the knuckle, and slowly lower the arm to remove the spring. See the diagram.
