Can a Solar Powered Plumbing Vent be Used on an Enclosed Car Hauler Trailer
Question:
I have a 8x20 foot car hauler that gets very hot in the summer and if water gets in, mold starts to grow. I think this is a better solution than a manual vent which Ill probably forget to open and close when needed. Could I use two of these to vent my trailer? I have a ceiling in the trailer so Im not sure how that would mount or look. Any idea how I could finish the inside portion??

You could use plumbing vent # UF53-945001 for your enclosed car hauler trailer. On the inside what I would do is get some screen (like for windows) that does not restrict air flow (as good for air flow as you can find) and cover the opening on the inside of the trailer. But this fan has a very low cubic feet per minute air movement rating and might not be the best option.
Another option is to use vent # HMAV2-AVT2 or # WHMAV2-WAVT2. The openings point down so installed on the side or front walls would still allow air flow and keep rain out.
We also have vent # 9106 which customers have used on the sides of trailers. The lid opens either direction.
