Can the Top Mounting Bracket on Stromberg-Carlson Scissor Jack # JSC-24-IND Be Rotated
Question:
can the top plate be rotated 90 degrees so it is parallel with base/bottom plate. Or can the top plate be removed ?

The top bracket on Stromberg-Carlson Scissor Jack # JSC-24-IND that mounts to your trailer frame or other structural point cannot be repositioned. It can only be mounted as intended, 90-degrees from the main assembly. This part can be removed but the jack cannot be used without it.
