How to Transport Bikes with a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible
Question:
Hi there, Im looking for a trunk mount bike rack for our 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser convertible. Do you have such a thing? I see plenty of them for the regular cars but not the convertible. Thanks,

For the 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser I have a solution that will allow you to transport bicycles, but there are no trunk racks confirmed to fit the convertible models.
Instead you would want a hitch mounted option. For a hitch the # 24759 has been confirmed to fit all models of the PT Cruiser so it would work well for you.
The Swagman XTC2, part # S64670 is one of the most popular racks because it's so easy to use, and because the rack has an angled shank that would raise the bike rack up by three inches providing additional ground clearance. Because of that, this is the rack I'd recommend for you. The rack includes an anti-rattle hitch bolt, but a combination anti-rattle hitch lock/cable lock is available separately as part # S64031.
