We do offer several roof racks for you but the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs, part # SR1002 is not designed to fit your 2006 Toyota Prius
I recommend The Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack. This roof rack system has black lightweight aluminum crossbars and the legs include locks in the leg covers that help keep the rack secure on your roof. To order this system you will need parts # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK079.
You will want to check your owner's manual or with your dealership to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity for your Prius.
