The Curt Class I Hitch # C11367 that you referenced does indeed fit the 2014 BMW 328d sedan as long as the vehicle has a single muffler. Installation will require temporary removal of the bumper and heat shield. This light-duty hitch will bolt on using included hardware and the only specialized tool needed is a torque wrench.

If you intend to use a bike rack with it, please note that only 2 bikes can be carried on a Class I hitch. Please refer to the linked article on hitch classes.
