When it comes to a bike rack to carry your Trek Domane Road Bike, my personal pick would be the Kuat NV 2.0 4 Bike Platform Rack # NV22G-NA22G. Constructed of rustproof aluminum for a durable lightweight design, this rack is top of the line and loaded with options including the tilt feature that you are looking for. The platform design supports bikes at the wheels so there is no contact with the bike frame and the included hitch lock and integrated, retractable cable lock provide ultimate security. This bike rack can be used as either a 2 bike or 4 bike rack.

If you ever find yourself needing to make a quick bike repair, the NV rack has you covered with it's built-in bike repair stand which keeps the bike stable during maintenance. A 2 inch hitch is needed for the # NV22G-NA22G bike rack. This rack measures 10-1/2" from center of hitch pin hole to nearest part of carrier when in down position and 7" from center of hitch pin hole to nearest part of carrier when folded up so you will want to take a quick measurement on your Land Cruiser to ensure that there is sufficient clearance. I have included an article which covers this process.

Another great bike rack is the Thule T2 Pro XTR Platform-Style 4 Bike Rack, # TH69TX. This bike rack offers some of the same features as the NV like the tilt option, integrated locks for security, and bike is secured by the tire and not the frame. This rack measures 7" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest bike-carrier rail and 5" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the bike-carrier wheel cradles when folded up.

I have included a couple of videos for you to check out.
