Will the Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch part # RP30928 Work as a Replacement for a Draw Tite 6001

I have a 2007 Dodge 3500 w/8ft bed it currently has a DrawTite 6001 rated at 15000lbs I need to replace it with a fithwheel rated at 20000 lbs, will the RP30928 fit the currently mounted bed rails?
