Will Brake Controller Wiring Harness # 3016 Work with a Sentinel Brake Controller

Will the 3016 adapter work with a 7451 Tekonsha Brake Controller? Thanks

I believe you have the old Sentinel brake controller. I spoke with my contact over at Tekonsha and he said that since the Sentinel had blunt cut wires coming out of it you can use # 3016 but will have to cut off the end that would normally plug into the back of a controller.
It will wire up color for color. White is ground, black is 12 volt power in, red is input from the brake switch, and blue is output to the trailer brakes.
