Blower Fan for Heater/AC is Not Working, Do All Relays and Fuses have to be In Place for It to Work

fan is not working for heater ac location of relay or a fuse in fuse box also do all the relays have be in to work

Relays control specific functions so if one is not in place or blown then only the functions associated with it would not work. What I recommend is to consult the vehicle owners manual for all of the fuse and relay locations so you can check the affected ones related to the circuits that are not working to determine what is missing or blown.
Relays are harder to check than fuses. The easiest way to check to see if a relay is bad is to use a known working relay in place of a potential bad one.
If everything was working fine until you plugged in a trailer then the likely issue is that there was a short circuit that cause a fuse to blow or relay to stop working.
