I will need to know the inner and outer bearing numbers stamped into the sides of the bearings to determine which hub and drum assemblies will fit. It sounds like your spindles have brake mounting flanges already (standard 4 bolt pattern matches your measurements, like # 4-35). So you just need the proper hub and drum assemblies and brake assemblies.

I have included a picture that shows where the bearing numbers are located. I have also included a link that explains everything needed to add electric drum brakes to a trailer.

A 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern is a little rare nowadays. We have 2 hub and drum assemblies with that bolt pattern. Assembly # 84557UC3 for regular spindles and # 84557UC3-EZ for EZ lube spindles. EZ lube spindles will have a grease fitting at the end like # TRU37FR. Both of these assemblies use inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649.
