A wireless backup camera can make hitching your trailer, backing into a parking space or even just going down the road easier and give you some peace of mind that all is well. For your 5th wheel application you might want to consider a dual-camera system that allows you to have each camera positioned with a different angle - or to have one on the truck to simplify hitching and one on the rear of the trailer for a clear view of the road behind you.
A perfect solution for this application is the Swift Hitch Portable Water Resistant Wireless Camera System with Night Vision, part # SH02DIGITAL. This advanced system features automatic infrared night vision, and includes all re-chargeable batteries, cables, etc. The linked video illustrates this product.
