Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2000 Ford F-250 with Transmission Cooler, No Blocker Beam
Question:
Is this the unit for a 2000 F250, 2WD, 7.3 diesel with a factory transmission cooler? Doesnt have a blocker beam. Any drilling required?

Unless the transmission cooler is in the space behind the bumper where this hitch mounts, the Draw-Tite Front Mounted Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 65022, will fit your 2000 Ford F-250. It states that it will fit all models of F-250 Super Duty pickups, so they must have taken into account factory installed tranny coolers.
There will be some drilling to install the hitch. Based on the instructions, which I have attached below, you will have to drill 4 holes, 2 on each side of the vehicle.
