There are 5 items you need when you flat-tow a vehicle behind your RV. You need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting for the towed vehicle and most states now require a supplemental brake system.
You said you have the RoadMaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar, part # RM-520. The base plates I recommend is the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, part # 1175-1. The drawbars are easily removed when you are not towing the Tacoma.
The safety cables I recommend are the Roadmaster Coiled Safety Cables, part # RM-643.
The lighting I recommend is the Roadmaster Tow Bar Wiring, part # RM-155. This uses the Tacoma lights without splicing into the wiring and bypasses your Tacoma electrical system.
Since you have hydraulic brakes on your RV I recommend the Roadmaster BrakeMaster w/ BrakeAway and Pressure Reducer, part # RM-9060-900002. This system connects directly to your RV brake system so that your Tacoma brakes are synched to the brakes on your RV.
