Is there a Platform Bike Rack that Can Accomodate a Lightening P38 Recumbent Bicycle

Question:

will a Lightening P38 recumbent work with this rack? I have a 2 receiver hitch.

We do have a 2 bike platform rack that could accommodate a recumbent bike. First of all, the Swagman XC, # S64650, could work if your bikes wheel base is 51-1/2 inches or less (measure from the center of the front wheel to the center of the rear wheel).

If your bikes wheel base is longer than 51-1/2 inches, but less than 66 inches, the rack you need is the Swagman XTC-2, # S64670.

I did a little research on the Lightening P38 recumbent bike and found that it will have a wheelbase of 41 to 45-1/2 inches, so your bike should fit on either rack rack. I have included video reviews and installation details for both bike racks below.
