Is there one which can carry 2 12foot kayaks?

For a kayak carrier that can carry up to 2 kayaks as long as they both weigh under 110 lbs total I would recommend the Yakima Carrier part # Y04073.
This rack is designed to fit factory crossbars and would work well on your 2012 Porsche Cayenne S.
The # TH830 you referenced isn't compatible with kayaks over 10 feet in length.
