How Far Under the Rear Bumper of a 2011 Lexus IS 250 C will the Curt Hitch C11047 Sit
Question:
Recently purchased 2011 Lexus IS250C and wish to use our existing Hidden Hitch bike carrier. Concerned about Curt distance/clearance from receiver to bumper so I need any data you may have. Thanks

I can tell you how to figure out how far under the rear bumper the hitch opening will be when you install the Curt Hitch # C11047 on your 2011 Lexus IS 250C, but I don't have the exact number you need.
From the install holes of this hitch that are closest to the rear of the vehicle to the hitch opening this hitch measures exactly 5 inches. If you find those holes on your vehicle and then measure 5 inches towards the back of the vehicle you will know exactly where the hitch will end up.
I also attached a picture that shows this hitch installed on a vehicle from underneath it. You can see that the hitch opening lines up almost with the rear fascia of the vehicle. You can use that as a reference point as well.
