A combination oil/transmission cooler isn't a vehicle specific item. The best place to install a combo cooler is directly behind the grille in front of the radiator/AC compressor. You'll need to choose a cooler that will fit in the available space. I'd recommend the # D15902 kit which has a condenser that measures 17 x 12-1/2.
Your 5.4L engine would need the # D13025 fitting kit, but everything else needed is included in the kit.
