I'm assuming you have a Class C motorhome on a 2013 Ford E450 cutaway chassis. If this is the case, there is a front hitch available. You'll need the Draw-Tite Front Mount Receiver, part # 65053.
You can see the installation instructions by clicking the provided link.
The # 65001 you referred to is a fit for the 1991-2007 Ford Van and Cutaway Chassis, so it wouldn't fit your vehicle.
