The Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler # CG is the inner tube only for a gooseneck coupler. It would slide up into the outer tube and would be held in place with set screws. This particular model has a 4 inch tube diameter so the outer tube hole would have to be slightly larger to accept the inner tube.
We do have other gooseneck couplers depending on what your trailer needs. I have included a link to them for you to view.
