Recommended Suspension System for a 2011 Ford F-150 FX4 with a 6 Inch Lift
Question:
I was wanting to see if there was a air spring kit that would work with my lifted truck. I have a 2011 f150 fx4 that has a 6 lift kit on it. Im open to air kit or timberlin kit. Thank you

I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite air helper springs # F2525 because they have a load-leveling capacity of at least 3,200 pounds up to 5,000 pounds. You can adjust the air pressure between 5 psi to 100 psi.
Note that air springs will not increase your weight capacity and I recommend checking your owners manual for the recommended weight limit.
If your 2011 Ford F-150 FX4 has a suspension lift (the axle further away from the frame than stock), I recommend you get Firestone lift spacers # F2375 because they allow air springs # F2525 to be installed. They attach between the bottom of the lower bracket and the bottom of the air spring. However, if you have a body lift you will not need any spacers.
I included a installation video for the Firestone air springs for you to look at.
