The first thing you will need to obtain is your bearing numbers. If you the inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 then I recommend the Titan disc brake kit and actuator # T4843100. This will give you the complete kit needed to switch over to disc brakes on your trailer. Many people have switched to disc brakes because it only has one moving part. Hence, fewer parts to maintain thus reducing the cost of maintenance.

If you don't have the bearing numbers above, then let me know what you have and I am more than happy to recommend a brake kit.

In the kit # T4843300 you will find the hub and rotor assemblies along with the grease seals, bearings, races, and bearing protectors. The calipers with mounting brackets and hardware, as well as a brake actuator with electric reverse lockout allows you to back up without actuating the trailer brakes. The adjustable coupler fits 1-7/8 inch, 2 inch and 50 mm trailer balls and includes a breakaway kit. This kit is for wheel sizes from 13 to 15 inch and the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2.

If you don't have a 4 bolt brake flange welded to your trailer, you will need a flange # 4-35 professionally welded. 4 bolt flanges are used on most axles up to and including 3,500 pounds.

I included a few informative articles and video reviews for you as well.
