Hitch and Wiring Harness Recommendations for 2014 BMW 3-Series 328d Sedan
Question:
just wanted to confirm that this hitch fit ok on the 328d. I have a 2014 and would like to use this. Also, any thoughts on a wiring harness so that I can tow a jet ski? Thanks

The 1-1/4-inch Class I trailer hitch you referenced, Curt # C11367, is indeed a correct confirmed fit for the 2014 BMW 328d sedan. This light-duty hitch bolts on using included hardware. The ball mount you can use is Curt # C45521. Make sure you choose the size ball required for your trailer coupler.
For a wiring harness you can use Tekonsha part # 119250KIT for a 4-pole setup. This clamp-on wiring kit does not require cutting into or splicing any wires into the car's own wiring.
I have linked two helpful articles concerning hitch installations as well as one covering towing basics.
