I went to our warehouse to pull the Timbren suspension enhancement system # TFREXPA to provide you the measurement you are needing. The kit will include 2 rubber springs and 2 vehicle specific brackets for your 2000 Lincoln Navigator 4x4.
The height is 3-3/4 inches. See the diagram I included plus the video I created for you.
