The only option you have for towing a trailer with a truck that has a 5-1/2 foot bed is to use a Sidewinder. Since your bed is so short, a slider hitch wouldn't give you enough clearance to make tight turns.

Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box you have know in order to pick out the correct one.

There should be a sticker or a stamping on the OEM pin box of the trailer that will list the pin box number that is on the trailer.

Once you figure out which pin box you have you can check the FAQ I attached that has a chart that shows the correct Sidewinder to get based on which pin box you have.

Since you have rails installed already in the bed of your truck you will want a stationary hitch to go along with the Sidewinder. For an economically priced hitch to help offset the cost of a Sidewinder you could go with the # C16115 as a hitch.

Or for a much nicer hitch with an improved jaw design to help minimize noise the Reese Hitch part # RP30047 would be a great option. Check out the review video I attached.
