If you are looking for a wireless controller to operate the brakes on your RV, I recommend taking a look at our Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Trailer Brake Controller, # TK94FR. This proportional brake controller operates via radio frequency which allows simple transfer between multiple cars or trucks.
In order to install this controller on your M931A2 military tractor with 24V system, the battery charge wire on your M931A2 must connect between the first and second battery. This way you will only be picking up 12V of power for your brake controller.
Since you also mention that the tractor has LED taillights, these may not supply enough voltage for pairing of the system. In this case you would just need to use another truck for the pairing process and you will be good to go.
If you should choose to install a conventional brake controller like our Tekonsha Prodigy P3, # 90195, I have attached a tech bulletin with wiring instructions for you.
