Is there a Cargo Carrier for a 2007 Ford Focus with a Class I, 1-1/4 Inch Trailer Hitch

Could I use this rear cargo trailer on a smaller car ford focus 5 door hatch? I am looking for roof cargo basket or trailer that I can hitch to back to add more travel space for long trips.

The 24x60 Railed Cargo Carrier, # 63153, will only fit in hitches with a 2 inch receiver opening. Your 2007 Ford Focus has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. I recommend the 20x47 Cargo Carrier, # 63155, which will fit a Class I, 1-1/4 inch receiver like on your Focus. You must be careful when carrying cargo on any carrier. You have a tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds. This carrier weighs 44 pounds. That would mean you could put, at max, 156 pounds of cargo on the carrier.
For a roof basket, you must first have a roof rack system. I recommend the following:

With this rack installed, you can add a basket like the Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket, # Y07070. But with any cargo carried on the roof, you need to stay within the weight limits specified by the manufacturer. In this case, it is a max of 165 pounds.
