I am looking for a hidden hitch for a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE with dual exhaust just to carry a double bicycle rack that fits into a receiver hitch on my vehicle. What would be the best product for that use?

For a trailer hitch for your 2010 Toyota Camry to carry a bike rack I would recommend the Draw Tite Hitch part # 36416. This will work with your XLE model with dual exhaust. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
