How to Pick Out the Correct Rise Ball Mount to Tow a Tall Trailer
Question:
My truck receiver is about 5 inches lower than my trailer. I need to Tow. The trailer has a removeablt tongue. Is their a receiver I can use Tongue wt. 350

Expert Reply:
You just need to select the correct rise ball mount for you setup. To do this you only need to measure from the bottom of your trailer's coupler to the ground when the trailer is sitting level and then from the top of the hitch opening down to the ground. Whatever the difference is between these two dimensions is the ball mount you need.
