You will need one leveler # AM3604 per axle for stability purposes. I believe you have a 2-axle (7000 pound per) 5th wheel so I would recommend getting 2.
This leveler # AM3604 provides from 1 inch to 4 inches of lift depending on the configuration needed. These also work great on trailers weighing up to 30,000 pounds.
