The fifth wheel hitch install kit needed would depend on the length of your truck bed. If you have the 5-1/2 foot bed, you'll need the # RP30035-426 install kit. I don't have an install video for this install kit. For a 6-1/2 or 8 foot bed, use the # RP50081-58 install kit. You can see an installation video by clicking the link I've provided for you.
The hitch needed will depend on the length of your truck bed. If you have the 5-1/2 or the 8 foot bed, you'll use a standard, non sliding hitch. If you have the 5-1/2 foot bed, in order to have enough clearance between the front of the 5th wheel and the rear of the truck cab, you'll need to install a Sidewinder to replace your existing 5th wheel pin box. In order to determine which Sidewinder you'll need, look on your pin box for a sticker or plate listing the manufacturer and model number of the pin box. Then match up the model number and manufacturer on the table shown on the Sidewinder FAQ page I'll link you to.
If you could reply with the manufacturer and model number of your pin box, I'd be happy to makel a recommendation for you.
You'll also want to install a 7-way trailer connector in the bed of your truck. You can do this using part # 41157. I'll link you to an install video for this wiring harness.
