Timbren Axleless System Recommendation For Off-Road Trailer
Question:
#A12WS545 axles what would be the amount of travel per axle. will they be adequate to run 35-12.50R15 tires which would be same as my 93 jeep yj. is there a similar axle with a 2500lb. rating my trailer is pretty beefy for off road use Im guessing the empty weight to be around at least 1200lb. need to put hunting gear tools spare ect.

I believe your best option would be the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR35HDS02. This has a 3,500 lb capacity, has a 4 inch lift which will help you while off-roading, and is designed for wider tires. Whether or not your tire will clear will depend largely on the offset of the wheels you are using.
With a hub installed on the spindle there will be a clearance of 8 inches from the hub face to the frame of the trailer with this kit installed. You will have to determine if that's enough clearance for you trailer based on the offset of the wheel and the configuration of the trailer. You could measure from the mounting plate of the wheel where the hub will install, out to the furthest point the tire's sidewall extends in the opposite direction. If 8 inches out from that point is past the furthest point out on the tire/rim you this would clear.
Also, I can't recommend you use Jeep wheels on your trailer as they aren't rated for trailers. A better option would be to go with rims rated for trailer use. For a hub to fit this system you would need the # 42655UC1 and then for a rim to fit this bolt pattern part # AM20741.
