The Dexter Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator part # K71-651 that you referenced designed for 1,600 psi disc brake setups. You will want to verify the pressure rating of your current setup to make sure that this system would activate your brakes properly.
If you have drum brakes and need a lower psi rating you would want the # K71-650 instead as it is rated for 1,000 psi.
Also, you will need a brake controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes installed in your tow vehicle. The most popular brake controller we carry is the Prodigy P2 part # 90885 because of how easy it is to install and use, and because of how well it works. I attached a review video for the controller.
I also attached an FAQ on installing brake controllers.
