For your 2008 Ford F-250 or 350 Super Duty there are a couple of possibilities. It depends on the hitch and the size of the bed.

You would use Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Custom Installation Kit with Brackets and Rails, # RP50082-58. I have included the instructions for this kit below that explain installation. I have also included a video showing installation on a 2008 F-250 Super Duty.

With a 6 foot bed, you will need a slider 5th wheel hitch. With an 8 foot bed, you can use a standard (fixed) 5th wheel hitch.
