The 5th wheel installation kit for your 2013 Ford F-150, # RP50081-58, has frame brackets that mount on the outboard sides of the frame rails. Any air helper springs will need to install in a different location to work with this kit. I have included a link to a video showing installation of this kit for you.
If your truck is a 2-wheel drive you can use # AL57228 from Air Lift without any interference. I have linked a video showing installation of this kit for you.
If your truck is a 4-wheel drive model then you can use # AL57200.
For either kit we have a few different onboard compressor systems. We have the Load Controller II, # AL25592. It adds or removes air from both bags at the same time. Wireless system # AL74000 will allow you to wirelessly add/remove air for each bag individually and it has preset memory.
