We have some options for 5th wheel trailer hitches that will fit directly into the OEM prep package on your 2015 Ram 2500 long bed. The most popular option is the B&W hitch # BWRVK3600. It is rated for 25,000 pounds gross trailer weight. It has a double pivot head design (forward and back, left and right) and a double jaw.

And we also have Curt hitch # C16545-16021. It is rated for 24,000 pounds gross trailer weight. It also features a double jaw. The head design is different though. It has a full floating head which has more maneuverability than a double pivot head. The Curt head is also cushioned which will improve ride quality.
