Does this hitch fit the 2014 Dodge Durango R/T with the dual exhaust as well? If so, is the install any different?

Yes, the Curt Hitc part # C13182 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2014 Dodge Durango so it will work well on your R/T model.
I checked the install instructions and there are no extra steps to take in order to fit this hitch on a vehicle with dual exhaust.
