We do offer base plates that are designed to work with a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as long as it has factory bumpers installed. When flat-towing there are 5 items needed. You will need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting for the towed vehicle, and most states not require a supplemental brake system.
I recommend either the Roadmaster part # RM-521448-5 and part # RM-521448-4. These will not work with the 10th Anniversary Rubicon or Call of Duty Edition.
The tow bar I recommend is the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar, part # RM-520. The Flacon 2 features quick disconnects and auto-locking arms that allow you to couple to the RV even if the car is not perfectly lined up behind the RV.
For safety cables I recommend the Roadmaster Coiled Safety Cables part # RM-643. These are 68 inch cables and coiled so they don't drag on the pavement.
I recommend the Hopkins Tail Lighting Wiring Kit, part # HM56200.
For a supplemental brake system I recommend part # RM-9400. This is one of the easiest systems to set up and use and applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
With this system requiring about 15 amps of power, I recommend using the Roadmaster 12 Volt Outlet Kit part # RM-9332. This will connect the braking system directly to the vehicle battery.
I have attached a few installation videos and helpful articles you can check out that explains flat-towing.
